Sangari are beans obtained from Khejari tree mainly found in Rajasthan. The beans plucked from the tree are dried and then packed in food grade pouches. The nutrients that can be found in the dried beans are fiber, protein, carbohydrates, calcium and vitamin C. As it is dried, it can be stored for a longer time period safely. The sangari has anti-inflammatory properties and therefore can be consumed to cure health concerns, like asthma, muscle tremors, bronchitis, to name a few.
